How to get to SickKids by TTC - subway

If coming from a northern direction, exit at Queen's Park subway station and walk south two blocks on University Avenue. If coming from Union Station or a southern direction, exit at St. Patrick subway station and walk two blocks north on University Avenue.

How to get to SickKids by car

If driving from a northern direction, take the Don Valley Parkway south (downtown). Exit at Bloor Street and make a left on to Castle Frank Road then a right onto Bloor Street. Follow Bloor (travelling west) to Bay Street (Bay Street is one intersection west of Yonge). Travel south on Bay and make a right on to Elm Street. Parking and the hospital can be found one block west, on your right side.

If driving from a southern direction, exit the Gardiner Expressway at the York Street/Bay Street exit. Take the York Street ramp. Go straight on York Street. Turn left onto University Avenue. Travel north on University Avenue up to Elm Street. Make a right on Elm. The hospital's underground parking can be found one block east, on your left side.

If driving from the east or west, take the 401 to the Don Valley Parkway south (downtown). Follow the directions from above, driving from a northern direction.

How to get to St. Josephs by car

From the West
If youre driving in from the west end via the Gardiner Expressway:
Take the Gardiner to the Jameson Avenue exit
Head north on Jameson to Queen Street, where youll make a left and head west
Drive through the intersection at Roncesvalles, and continue west
Youll see St. Josephs on your right-hand side, just past the TTC streetcar yard
To access the main entrance, look for the sign just past Sunnyside Avenue on your right
To access the Emergency entrance, make a right on Glendale Avenue, which is the first street west of Sunnyside Avenue, and look for the signs for Emergency
To access the parking garage, make a right on Sunnyside Avenue, which is the first street past Roncesvalles, then turn left to enter the garage
If youre driving in from the west end via the Queensway:
Take the Queensway past High Park and Parkside Drive, and continue driving east
Youll see St. Josephs on your left-hand side, just past Glendale Avenue
To access the main entrance, look for the sign just past Glendale Avenue on your left
To access the Emergency entrance, make a left on Glendale Avenue, and look for the signs for Emergency
To access the parking garage, make a left on Sunnyside Avenue, which is the first street past Glendale Avenue, then turn left to enter the garage

From the East
If youre driving in from the east end via the Gardiner Expressway:
Take the Gardiner to the Jameson Avenue exit
Head north on Jameson to Queen Street, where youll make a left and head west
Drive through the intersection at Roncesvalles, and continue west
Youll see St. Josephs on your right-hand side, just past the TTC streetcar yard

How to get to St. Josephs by TTC

From Dundas West Subway Station
Take the 504 streetcar (Broadview Station via King Street) which will head south on Roncesvalles. Then:
You can exit at the Marion Street stop, and walk west on Marion until Sunnyside Avenue St. Josephs is on the west side of Sunnyside
You can exit at the Queen Street/Queensway stop, transfer onto the 501 streetcar (either Humber or Long Branch) heading westbound, and exit at the St. Josephs stop it will drop you just in front of the Health Centre, which is one stop further
You can exit at the Queen Street/Queensway stop, and walk west past the TTC streetcar yard to St. Josephs its about a five-minute walk

From Queen or Osgoode Subway Station
Exit the station, following the signs pointing you to access Queen streetcars going westbound. Take the 501 streetcar (either Humber or Long Branch) which will head west on Queen Street. Then:
You can exit at the St. Josephs stop its the first stop past the Roncesvalles intersection, and drops you off just in front of the Health Centre

From King or St. Andrew Subway Station
Exit the station, following the signs pointing you to access King streetcars going westbound. Take the 504 streetcar (Dundas West Station via King Street) which will head west on King Street. Then:
You can exit at the Queen Street/Queensway stop, transfer onto the 501 streetcar (either Humber or Long Branch) heading westbound, and exit at the St. Josephs stop it will drop you just in front of the Health Centre, which is one stop further
You can exit at the Queen Street/Queensway stop, and walk west past the TTC streetcar yard to St. Josephs its about a five-minute walk

Queen Street Streetcar - Westbound
